A real trip. Stood at the window, where they take orders and I could see the staff... one lady making the orders, one man working in the back ground, but moving and the gentleman who should have been taking my order was speaking to the lady making the sandwiches. After she told him (maybe twice) he turned to the window. I gave him my order and was treated to a dance show...glad he has this job, the dance wouldn 't get him far! The bill was 5.35, but I heard 5.10...so I presented a 20 bill and a quarter. He returned 14. When I explained that this was incorrect he argued that he put it in the register and it told him what to return to me. When he said it was 5.35, i offered another quarter so he could get the additional .10 to make his drawer right, and he could give me another dollar. He said he couldn 't do that. He then offered and called his manager who came to the window, gave me another dollar and said to forget the 10 cents. The food was, as expected, ok. Double cheese burger and a double chicken sandwich 2 for 5. The burgers are thin, of course, but they were made as I requested, as was the chicken. Sure I 'll go back it 's cheap food, so don 't expect any award winning meals.

All of their food is prepared fresh daily by experienced chefs. They have daily dinner specials. Very good food.

Pulled up to one of our favourite fast food chains in Sarasota(just off university st beside Walmart) ...went to order(Drive thru)...voice was very faint ...I was polite and said sorry couldn’t hear them...dropped his voice lower ...again apologized gave first order..said hello ...looked up, could see the person thru the window laughing at us..looking beside him making remarks....thought I would drive up to the window, laughs harder and walks away...we drive thru and away ....seriously upset and plan on calling their regional office tomorrow ...it’s not “polite” or politically correct to say why I think he obviously didn’t want to serve us...but there is no reason to treat people this way. ....your choice if you want to support a chain that hires people who treat customers this way....there was a 2nd person in there!!
