Pizzeria La Familia - Sarandí

Terrible service. I asked twice and both times they forgot to do it. I spent 1 hour 40 minutes waiting for a muzza. The first time I called, they told me that they had forgotten that they already made it and sent it to me. It took 1 more hour until the fugaceta base pizza arrived without sauce and only cheese on top. The second time it was 1 hour and they hadn't even put it in the oven, so I canceled it. Third time the charm I said, because I'm new in the neighborhood (and the first and only time we tried everything inside we liked the dough) and so that the same thing doesn't happen to us again I wanted to pick up, they took my order and when I said I wanted to pick up the phone and they handed me another person who became defensive and arrogant, questioning me about how I had the contact if I didn't know the address, who had given me the number, and blahblahblah. If you don't know how to respond with kindness, dedicate yourself to something else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
