Stopped by for a coffee and bite to eat and was really happy to have discovered this gem. Having a sweet tooth, I'm always on the look out for something to cure my sugar craving and they have the best cake selection I've seen in São Pedro do Sul, by far. The staff are lovely and friendly and the coffee is delicious. I can see this becoming a firm favourite of mine.

In this family business the bread and the pastries are home made and quality seems to be important for the owners. Whatever I tried was just good, all fresh. The service is very friendly. They try everything to understand my poor Português. Maybe you want to try the pasteis de nata. They are in my humble opinion the best in town and go very well with a galao, a coffee with milk. On a sunny day you can sit outside. Ok, I have seen nicer places to sit outside. It is sort of a balcony constructed on the parking strip between the pavement and the road, but at least there is hardly any traffic and the view to town hall is nice.
