Ape Wine - SANTO STEFANO BELBO

We tried a last minute day in Santo Stefano Belbo and found a table outdoor, may be the last. Food extremely good, with white truffle and choice of wine remarkable. Friendly service and amazing bread homemade and grissini.

Went to this wine bar with friends, the selection of wines is very good and the food also very good. the service can be categorized as professional indifference. to be recommended only if you don't mind being treated as if you were a bother. For us, it deflated an otherwise good experience.

A nice place owned by the La Spinetta/Contratto owners, the Rivetti family. Great tasting modern versions of traditional dishes. Good wine selection (of course), friendly service. I had maybe the best starter if the trip: poached egg, creamy cheese fondue and fresh black truffle the opposit of light and fresh but sooo tasty! Also try the sister reataurant by the same name in Alba.

Have a good lunch! excellent price quality ratio and wide wine paper.

A quiet and finely decorated place, delicious appetizers, plin made in the excellent house a light and crispy fried, the tender and tasty....dessert homemade ice cream and mango Bavarian.all seasoned with the sympathy of chef Angelo....bravi guys continue so
