Love eating and the place. is only cozy. a nice place to have a drink with friends, to listen nice music and to eat is simply amazing. I ordered croquetas de yuca, green thau curry and a choripan. not complaining!

Our dinner at Casa 14 was really a special experience that is hard to find elsewhere in Santo Domingo. They should immediately feel at home and be warmly welcomed by the staff. The mood is romantic and relaxing, quiet and yet energetic (live music several nights! and also communical. It is a great place to meet people whether you visit yourself or with family or friends. You can't beat it al fresco and I loved it also pet-friendly! You really feel like you're in a tropical paradise and all the problems of life seem to melt away while you're here to be just right now and enjoy good society and fantastic food (finally the best I had in the DR! I had the Mofongo and Mojito, but I don't think you can go wrong with something on the menu. But what I loved most is that you can say that the owner is obliged to support the local community and create a neighborhood space that can also be enjoyed by locals as travelers from far away. Do not miss this hidden gem while you will regret it in the capital!
