BRUNO cucina - Santiago de Querétaro

It's not a family restaurant. The food is okay, but the public is disqualified, please believe me. There were a few with inadequate behavior next to our table, completely out of control! We asked the managers what's going on, but nobody did anything. We were considered by the restaurant and attacked by the young couple. We had to call the police, such a shame! The owner refused to talk to us and did not return our money. I'm an International Lawyer and I'll go with a lawsuit against the restaurant and the owner. I hope to hear from managers, excuses and repairs of the damage caused to me and my husband.

They have a great atmosphere, I was on a Thursday night and was not able to get a table in the terrace because you need a reservation, but it looke awesome there, the food is good quality and the waiters are very helpful, prices are not very affordable but still decent, we had the squid fried tacos and the beef carpaccio, both were great options, tasty and fresh, we will be looking forward for a next visit to have a table in the terrace

The place is nice in the older style. We got the calamaris and told we wanted it nice crunchy. It came very soft. We wanted the fish in salt. We got a Red Snapper and it was ok. Service is very nice and frindly.

Visited for dinner and was gladly impressed by the quality of the food. Average service but the meal was excellent. Everything we ordered was really good. Menu has many options for every taste, even good pizzas. Good wine selection. After dinner we enjoyed their bar service. Will definitely return when back in Querétaro.
