Santiaguino - Santiago de Compostela

This place was amazing. We had Caldo Gallego, and Pulpo and Clams and both were some of the best tasting food we’ve had in Santiago. Service was amazing. We know reviews aren’t great but the new owners are making it great. Go there. Prices were also very reasonable. We will go back the next time we are in SDC.

Price, rude waiter, uncomfortable seats, and a long etcetera. The octopus was nice though. Empanada among the worst dishes I have ever had the pleasure to come across...

Decent food. Had the sampler plate for two (33 Euros) and a couple of side orders for three people and we were full. Were offered a liquor with our dessert and coffees for no additional price they left the whole bottle on the table so we could have as much or as little as we wanted. Everything was fresh and tasty. They were not willing to budge or make a change on what was in the sampler plate but other than that they were very nice and friendly. Saw many locals eating there (they were welcomed by their first names), generally a good sign in such a touristic place. Our waiter became friendlier once he noticed we were making an effort to speak Spanish.

Hemos tenido una buena comida. diciendo que la atmósfera estaba un poco cargada en un plan de pesadilla en la cocina.

Estrecho y aprovechado del restaurante, como la mayoría del lugar. La comida es sabrosa. El servicio al principio es correcto pero para pedir postre, que ya no hice, estaba esperando más de 20'; me levanté, fui al mostrador, pagado y me fui.
