Great ambiance, excellent service and an explosion of taste. Each offering in the 16-course meal was an experience- combination of small appeizers, soup, main dishes and desserts. The chef used ingredients native to Chile but managed to put them together to create delicate tasty dishes

We had a great evening here, one we won't forget in a hurry. The food is great, service impeccable, good wines. Expensive and worth every penny.

Level. Thanks for representing the Andean endemic production in each dish and every tasting that accompanied the tasting. Viva Chile, Viva la Gatronomia, Viva el Chef and his team. Slds !!!

Just exceptional. One of the best meals I've ever had. The flavours were amazing and some entirely new to this European mouth. I don't know what else to say, but if you're ever in Santiago, go here.

A must go if you really like gastronomy great customer service and food and the coffee was in another level!! Great job guys, you made me proud of being from Chile
