The food is good and meets for a good grill. On the subject of prices it's fine, understanding it's a restaurant in the center and you're eating meat. The only problem is that attention is very slow, and the last time we ended up eating each one at a time, and one of the diners never got his plate.

We were in family and ate an exquisite grilled, good wine, we were gratifiedly cared for, reasonable price, in general an excellent experience!

Of the best grills I have tried, the preparation of the meat and the cooking points very well achieved, the portions of the accompaniments are adequate. The price is a little expensive, but the quality is worth it.

This is an already classic place of lunch time at the Centro de Santiago, its Charter is mostly aimed at grilled meats and typical dishes of Chilean cuisine. In it you can find delights like Grilled Chuletas, Plateada, Prietas, Filete, Fish and more! Many of the dishes come with added value and can choose between rice, cooked potatoes, fries, duchess potatoes or salad.My partner tried a Lomo Arriero, which comes with a white salsa with garlic (hartos) touches, and also asked for an accompaniment 'to the poor'. The vacuno was very tasty, the potatoes and the 2 eggs fried in fresh oil and the onions well sweetly. What I do warn you is that if you plan to go out to pololear after eating there, this preparation “Arriero” with so much garlic could do you a lot of romanticism...
