El Gusto Peruano - Santiago

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious! We ordered the tuna and shrimp causa, as well as the ceviche de pescado, both of which were excellent. The pisco sour was also very strong and enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food.

I visited a lovely Peruvian restaurant in the Italia neighborhood. I enjoyed a table on the front patio, which was perfect for people-watching. The service was attentive and the classic dishes, such as pisco sours and ceviche mixto, were delicious. It can be difficult to find solo-friendly dining options in Santiago without judgement, but I felt at ease here. The prices may be slightly high, but the beautiful location justifies it.

The Peruvian cuisine at this restaurant is truly wonderful! The wine selection and staff are excellent too. I highly recommend trying the mixed Peruvian cold appetizer, which was delicious as seen in the picture.

Very good quality vs price. I recommend the ceviche trio if you want to try something special.

This restaurant came highly recommended to us and the food did not disappoint! Delicious, strong flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the service was a little slow to attend to us though once our order was placed, the food arrived quickly.
