Bidrage med feedbackI went to Ambrosia with my parents to celebrate the defense of my title. And while the place was full of tourists that day, I don't think I heard any other Chilean, I think it's a mandatory stop (if the pocket gives them) to know the wonderful culinary experience that Carolina Bazán created. Everything very rich, in its point and with the right tamos. For those who are big tooth, please note that the dishes are not huge and the cradle. They are quite rescuing in size, which helps the 3-stroke dysfunction. That time we asked for entry a foie gras with jelly of foam and brittle of caramel and almonds that was from another planet. Very good cocktail, pleasant atmosphere and good attention to the table. Yes, the prices are quite high.
Nice restaurant located in the eastern part of the capital. It is a great house adapted with dense gardens and tables both outside and inside. Good atmosphere. We went to celebrate an anniversary of marriage, with high expectations. He's got an accompanied letter, which varies according to the station's food. We ordered a plate of pasta and a salad. Both right dishes, well served, but we expected more, especially for the high value of $15,000 approx. Then the dessert and courtesy of the house for the special occasion served us 1 gift. Good initiative that invites us back. In short, good atmosphere, good dishes, good attention. But not the best I've ever tasted.
Reduced menu, good kitchen, rich, but I did not find it spectacular, given its prices I thought it would be Wow but it was not so, I think it is very expensive for what it is. I love the wave of your owner, but I do not share this concept of offering cuisine at such a high price.
I wanted to get to know this place and it was by far a very interesting experience. We asked for entry a Juan Fernández octopus that was wonderful!!!! The best octopus I've ever eaten. In the background I asked for a portion of fried pejerrey that was served with onion in rag and was really tasty! After dessert we share a portion of walnut cake with vanilla ice cream and another chocolate profiteroles with lucuma ice cream.Very rich.
We had a good experience in general, attention is very good, cocktails, especially the maracuyá caipiroska, a wonder. Tickets can be ordered in small mode and so I can try more than one, I really liked the chrome. Deeply I asked for the Wagyu but personally I hate the consistency of the fat and the court came with a small layer of it at the top. The very rich dessert, I think it would have happened to me from the entrances to dessert and I'm not losing anything. In general very good but I don't know if it's worth the price they charge... lastly there were tables with some metal chairs I never understood.
