Oceanus - Santiago

Poor service, we ordered halo halo and it was served after 2hrs of waiting considering that theres minimum number of customers dine in. Once served it looks as if we ordered soup as the ice already melted. I will not go back to this resto waste of time and money. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₱400–600

Malaga (fish) was good!!!! Food was yummy and prices are reasonable. Parking was plentiful. I’ll come back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

This resyaurant is near Santiago Cove Hotel/Resort in Ilocos Sur. It is beside the beach so it gives off that breezy ocean air while you dine in this santorini themed restaurant.
