Starbucks - Santee

I've shown up 4 times in the past 2 weeks and 3 times they have closed early. I work nights and will stop for a coffee on my way to work which means I show up at 825pm-830pm. Have been doing this for the better part of 2 years now with no problem. Now apparently they do not have enough staff to stay open as I roll up. I never know when they will close early and there is no way I could know and it's even been timed enough that they put a sign in the drive thru to block it as I'm sitting there in the drive thru, or even last night where they serviced the person in from of me but refused to service me due to it now being 830pm even though their posted time is 900pm. This has been absolutely awful service as of late and terrible management of this establishment. 6 outta 7 would not recommend using this particular establishment ever again.

I ordered a Grande Mocha Cookie frap with EXTRA Carmel and they didn?t put ANY Carmel in the cup. I said something and tried handing them the drink back to fix it and they said all they could do was give me a separate cup with Carmel in it. If I paid for the extra Carmel why can?t you take the time out of your day and make me a new drink with Carmel inside the cup.

The drive through was full but quick. I ordered my coffee on the app and it was ready on time and made perfectly as ordered. The upbeat young man who took my order sincerely enjoyed sharing positive vibes and bringing a smile to my face, which got my busy day off to a great start. I don't live in that neighborhood, but I'll be back!

Best Starbucks around. Drive-through is quick even when busy. Drinks are always mase well, whether warm or iced.
