Vip's - Sant'Agnello

A nice little bar up the side street from our hotel Alpha . the staf were very efficient and friendly. While they didn't have draft beer they had a good selection of bottled beers and a 500ml Peroni was half the price of a draft beer in our hotel, a Gin and Tonic Tankeray gin was 4 euro's compared to 10 euro's for a Gordons tonic in our hotel.

Monday 7th October 2019. This was nearby so stopped off for a quick lunch of ciabatta with proscuitto and cheese. Quick and fine and good value.

We found this bar at the side of our hotel and was of some relief as the prices were very reasonable compared to the usual expensive cost of most outlets in Italy. The bar is clean and compact with friendly staff and also served a selection of snacks as well as drinks.

Luca runs a super place to take a break for a coffee , drink or snack. He opens late , so you can take a walk from the Alpha Hotel and have a nightcap!! Great range of drinks, and mean selection of Grappa's!! Deserves more support !!

We were staying round the corner at the Hotel Alpha and were initially put off by the name (foolish I know). But there aren't many other bars in the immediate vicinity so we tried it a few days into our holiday. Very glad we did. The iced coffee was good, the beer was great and the Aperol and Prosecco cocktails ideal for a nightcap. Anna was genuinely charming and the lads were just as pleasant even though we seemed to be keeping them up at half eleven! Great value too. Highly recommended!
