Bidrage med feedbackMore vegan options than you would think about this American BBQ link. I wish I had tried the buffalo cauliflower wing. the wobble rings were greasy and the cauliflower tacos were big x3. they said the Aoli sauce is vegan, but I'm not 100 convinced. just take her word. Happy hour was 2 for 1. would probably go back, but if it were convenient. updated by previous review on 2022 06 10
The service was wonderful! I love the love the personal they are so funny and friendly. I was surprised that in an American bbq restaurant in costa rica, there are so many good, clearly labeled vegan options. during my week I spent a lot of time here to drink and watch sports. the owner is super and friendly. I had the two-rings a couple times and they were super big and super filling at many places orings are not vegan, but here they are so marked! . I could not get enough of the vegan aioli that is a standard in their seasoned options. fried smoked cauliflower was also very tasty, it is not often that bbq joints smoke sweet, so this was a great surprise. the tacos were also good and although I didn't try the vegan sandwich options, I'm sure they're good, based on how well everything else was. a little on the pricier side, but they pay in the ground American prices for fairly large American size shares, so I would say it is worth. big place when they drink, eat and hang and escape the heat for a bit updated by previous review on 2021 12 07
Super friendly service! Delicious vegan burger at a good price! Highly recommended!!
There are more vegan options at this American BBQ restaurant than you would expect. I regret not trying the buffalo Cauliflower wings. The onion rings were oily and the cauliflower tacos were generously sized. They claim the aioli sauce is vegan, but I'm not completely certain. I'll just have to trust them. Happy hour included a 2 for 1 deal. I might return if it's convenient. (Updated from a previous review on June 10, 2022.)
The service at this restaurant was fantastic! I absolutely adored the staff, they were so enjoyable and kind. I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of delicious vegan options clearly labeled at an American BBQ restaurant in Costa Rica. I spent a week here indulging in food, drinks, and sports, and had a great time. The owner was friendly and fantastic. The onion rings were exceptional, as they were large and very satisfying. I was delighted to find that they were vegan-friendly, as were many other items on the menu. The vegan aioli was a highlight for me and a regular condiment option. The fried smoked cauliflower was also incredibly tasty, a unique touch for a BBQ joint. I also enjoyed the tacos, and though I didn't try the vegan sandwich options, I'm sure they are delicious based on the quality of everything else. While the prices were on the higher side, the portions were generous and comparable to American sizes, making it worth the cost. This is a great spot to relax, enjoy good food and drinks, and escape the heat for a while.
