I was pleasantly surprised to find AJ's Signature salad on the menu, which included dried cranberries and candied almonds. I decided to try The Impossible Burger from their burger section since vegan options were limited in the area. The burger was delicious, topped with lettuce, tomato, and spicy pickles. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant's decor was enjoyable. I highly recommend dining at AJ's.
