Taco Bell - Santa Rosa

Great food as always, aids to a sweet lunch with a grandson who loves this store

The restaurant is clean and centrally located in Santa Rosa however being the only people eating inside, it seemed like they prioritize the drive-thru much faster than it took for us to get our food. Little disappointed with that, but the food was asexpected from a Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is fine. Customer service is so-so. No real complaints about attitude or anything. However, you often get our orders wrong. For example, an item or more is not in the pocket (we usually use the passage). Many times we need to check to ensure that vegetarian requests are made. We have meat in things that should not have meat in them. We try to ensure that we wish the vegetarian option several times when we order. If there are errors or omissions with our orders, they will be corrected without complaint and with an apology. Another complaint is that the Taco Bell prices are caught with other fast food places. But this is not the problem of this particular restaurant, it is the corporate office that sets it. All in all, I recommend this restaurant, but use caution and make sure your order is correct.

Ordinally this is my favorite TB in town. Unfortunately, the last 2/3 times we got a veggie crunch wrap they put meat. It's not fun for a vegetarian to bite into meat from what I hear.
