Bidrage med feedbackBased on my personal experience, I would strongly discourage dining at this establishment. In the past, I had visited this place, but due to unwelcoming experiences, I eventually stopped going altogether. Unfortunately, my recent visit on November 4th only reinforced my negative impressions. Upon arrival, I noticed a line of customers and two cashiers. However, one of the cashiers left the register just as I joined the line. (My wait time was 15 minutes). Although I understood that it was a busy time around lunch, I patiently waited. When it was finally my turn, the cashier who happened to be the Bakery Manager, named Giana, displayed extreme rudeness and disrespect. She had her back turned to me, engaged in a conversation with her coworkers, despite knowing I was next in line. I had to say excuse me multiple times, and even then, she appeared to ignore me until I called out her behavior as disrespectful.Only then did she apologize, but it was only after I mentioned that this wasn 't the first time I had experienced such treatment.(she almost walked away before even taking my order) She offered me a discount, which I declined because it couldn 't rectify the terrible customer service I had endured but she still added it. To add to the disappointment, when I inquired about speaking to someone higher than her, she mentioned the Property Manager and herself, Giana. This was quite alarming, as it seemed she believed I wouldn 't take further action. Additionally, she whispered something to her colleague while I was waiting for my coffee, and he looked in my direction. The reason I had stopped going to this place before was because they would consistently ignore my phone orders. I would have to physically go to the bakery to place my order, despite always tipping the cashiers. A few months ago, I attempted to order a coffee over the phone, calling four times with no answer, which raised suspicions. It wasn 't until the third time this happened that I realized they were deliberately avoiding my orders. Notably, when my friend called, she received an answer on the second ring, placed her order, and even received a discount for working within the industry, which I was told they no longer offer. This made me question if I was being treated differently due to my appearance, clothing, or manner of speaking or even color of my skin. Im still waiting for a call from the GM Nestor.
Staff at two winery tasting rooms recommended the fresh mozzarella appetizer. It was wonderful!!
My experience at Brasswood was terrific. The service was great and the pappardelle with short rib ragu was my favorite meal in St. Helena! The Manhattan was tasty too! When I return to Napa Valley, I'll be sure to visit Brasswood again!

Just had a wedding rehearsal dinner at Brasswood. The venue was gorgeous, the food excellent and the staff so attentive. Highly recommend for your special event!
