Unfortunately, my visit was marred by issues that detracted from the expected Subway experience.The first concern was the area surrounding the store. There were many people loitering around the location, which made the environment feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Improving security measures or addressing the loitering issue could enhance the overall customer experience.Furthermore, I faced a disappointing service issue. I had received a Subway coupon in the mail and decided to try this location. After I completed my order, the staff refused to accept the coupon and insisted that I pay the full price. This lack of acceptance of official Subway promotions is perplexing and discourages customers from patronizing the store. Overall, I believe this Subway location could significantly improve by addressing its safety measures and ensuring a customer-friendly approach in their service, especially in regards to honoring the brand's promotions and discounts.
The worst experience in Subway around the world I received in Santa monica.No tomato bcz owner they dont want to provide tomato.Few cheese bcz this is the owner rules.For the veggie delite i was charged extra for cheese but stilll its very few.Same day I eat same with more cheese and tomato, plus amazing service in walk of the frame subway.I asked why its not are same service,Reply: please call and ask subwayAfter everything, there is was question anyway you will pay, if you you can take your order or I will put in trash.Amazing !17MayVegetarian options: No words

On Tuesday, January 3,I went to the subway that is in Lincoln at about 12 or 1 pm and I asked for a takeaway and a short person served me and there was also a blonde woman working,who told me that I had to prepare the sandwich at his taste and not my taste so he was very rude and yelled at me to leave if I didn't like it as he was the OWNER.that person is not fit to serve customer Ratner seems like a criminal.
For some reason this subway always comes out to be cheaper than other locations! i'll go out of my way to come to this location for that reason alone. but the people who work here are very kind and have warm personalities. very welcoming. i love coming to this location!
