I ordered the Salmon BLT and it was AMAZING! Would absolutely recommend! Friendly staff as well!

If you're looking for very chewy and fluffy pancakes with a wide selection of flavors, Shoop's is for you. Personally, I thought the pancakes were a little too tough to be the best I've had (think the kind of pancakes you make a home where only half the pancake has toppings), but the selection, flavor, and staff were enough for an enjoyable experience

The pancakes here are excellent. Will come back to try other dishes for sure!

The food was phenomenal! And something different, a great choice for a breakfast while in town. I had the salmon scramble, and it was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend.
