Huge store with nice staffs and parking ?? amazing patio too!

My Shake Shack experience was a complete letdown. The wait for my order was excessively long, and the staff displayed a disinterested and rude attitude. To top it off, my food was left on the shelf and arrived cold. This combination of poor service and lack of attention to detail has left me with a negative impression of Shake Shack.

What’s not to love though? Fav is the smoke shack ??

Santa Monica pricey!.. otherwise an OK burger joint. But please work on the GMP'S for the kitchen crew. (hair nets, beard nets, clean uniforms etc, take a leaf from the in&out playbook).
