Teresina - Santa María Huatulco

I’ll preface this review by saying Teresina is traditionally our first meal out in Huatulco when we arrive because we’ve always had terrific meals and this trip was no different. We dined here twice this trip, the first evening we enjoyed a Margherita pizza and the second time was for pasta. Pasta is the true star of Teresina. Pasta is fresh and the two dishes we had, Arrabbiata and Carbonara were sublime!

The food was excellent, well prepared and authentic. Also proper refrigeration of the food was adhered to. Tasty pasta, excellent salad, house made chimmichuri excellent, pizza excellent. If you want to eat well in a very clean well maintained establishment with really excellent food, don't miss eating here. We were in Mexico for 3 months and ate at least twice per week at this place. Staff spoke and understood English which is excellent when ordering food.

Visited here several years ago and decided to return. Ordered a simple salad which was more than enough for the two of us and a margarita pizza. Wine and a margarita. What else is there? We remembered why we returned, everything was very good.

Food is average. They let people smoking besi de you. We had to leave. Never to return
