Chile Line Brewery - Santa Fe

One star for the pleasant service and a second for the excellent shishito peppers, but the beer was undrinkable. Had a flight of four (IPA, pilsner, trippel, and chili beer) and none were at all true to the style. The lines or tanks must have been dirty and the recipes made no sense.

Great red and green chili beers! Staff was friendly and the best service we received in Santa Fe. Also had adorable cute baby twins to smile at.

The beer is easily the best in the city. Belgian and barley wine are some of the best I 've had anywhere. Their IPAs and stouts aren 't my favorite ever, but again, best in Santa Fe. The smoked beers are a nice (and rare) touch.Service and atmosphere are great. Live music is fantastic.Here 's what I didn 't like. There are a couple of regulars who float around harassing the other patrons. Although they seem to mean well, it 's truly annoying and uncomfortable, and on multiple occasions, these individuals caused us to cut our visit short or go elsewhere. Not sure why the establishment allows it.

BooooooUpdate your hours please. Took a 1/2 Mike walk to try your beer...... and you don't open until 4. Yelp says 11

Neat spot with creative brews ?.I’d recommend trying the Salty Dog (stout) and the Mentvos Dog (Amber)
