Adobo Catering catered a reception for 60+ people at my sister's home. Wow, they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They curated a menu to support the theme of the gathering and the quality of the food was excellent and beautifully presented. The staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. Wow! I heard they were the best in town and they did NOT disappoint. Chef Josh and waiter Diego catered a 12 person dinner party at my home and the food and service were top notch. They were also very fun for our rambunctious group. Highlights: Service, Personality and Flavor. I’m still dreaming about the duck confit. I wish I had more pictures, but my guests gobbled up their dishes before I could get a snap!
