Um pequeno restaurante à beira-mar em Santa Cruz. Pode-se ver os aviões passando no aeroporto próximo. As condições poderiam ser um pouco mais atentas e o restaurante não é dos mais modernos, mas a relação preço-desempenho aqui é imbatível, por isso dou 5 estrelas. As sanduíches são muito boas e variam entre 3-4€. Você também recebe quatro coquetéis por € 3, que também têm um sabor maravilhoso. Voltaremos com certeza

We stumbled upon this snack bar on our first visit to Santa Cruz many years ago. We now make sure we call in for a snack whenever we visit the village. We can always rely on this cafe to serve a tasty black scabbard sandwich in bolo do caco. The portions are very generous, good service by polite, attentive staff. Great place for watching the planes land as they fly directly over the building before touching down at the airport seconds later.

Here is the review I told I would have to make, hopefully you remember. Worst of the worst places in Madeira! I ordered a plain salad which looked very simple which is fine but two hours in to eating I suddenly got some stomach pain! Thinking it would pass by I tried to continue my day but it only got worse and I had to visit the hospital on my vacation. Not to mention their customer service is very bad as there was atleast 10 doves there because of food bits laying around. A kid was scaring the birds all the time and the birds kept coming back. Can you imagine how much bird feather and stuff was flying around our table. The owner did not even care. I do not recommend this place!!

I ordered the “Vegetariana” and got the worst pizza of my life. Bland bread, canned mushrooms, and worst of all; only fake cheese. The pizza tasted of nothing at all. I really hope they change this, since it’s not fair to customers (who expect a real pizza). My friend got some good shrimp, but his salad, fries and fish were all bad.
