Starbucks - Santa Cruz

In the middle of nowhere lol, hard to find in contrast to others dietucks I visited old building ,hollow , too big for the amount of business they do, service but was good

Came in with a personal cup in order to waive the plastic cup fee have my drink stay cold longer and it got lost/given to another customer. The place was clean, however very understaffed. One person doing drinks and one person doing food/register is just not enough for this location.

Worst experience ever. I asked for a SWEETENED black iced tea and the barista handed me an Unsweetened tea. The taste was horrible so I told him about the mistake and then he said that he would remake it so he did. Turns out that the tea tastes twice as horrible as the first one. He literally gave me a cup with 99% ice. Horrible experience, won’t be going back :

Always very nice, friendly staff, and speedy service. I love coming here when I need a pick-me-up in the afternoon.

They're always willing to go the extra mile. If the drink is not perfect they will remake it. Please take time to honor the workers that make this all possible
