The Hippie Burrito if my favorite and it was delicious as always as well as the Blended Vanilla Bean

I had an amazing experience with the burrito and the V60 coffee. The coffee was a wonderful benchmark to compare it with my own V60 brewing at home, and both turned out fantastic. The burritos are enormous, definitely intended for sharing or for two meals, which works perfectly for me—I simply cut mine in half and save the other half for later.

The Vincent Vegan Burrito was outstanding, and the Classic Breakfast Burritos were flavorful. The Cinnamon Toast Cold Brew and spiced mocha were beautifully balanced. We will definitely return!

That said, I’ve encountered issues with my orders – about a third of them were either missing items or completely incorrect. Frustrated, I called the Valencia location to address the problems. Jessica informed me that there was nothing they could do about the mistakes and apologized, explaining that they were training new employees. I found that excuse unsatisfactory. What frustrated me further was when she ended the conversation by suggesting, "Just call DoorDash and say you never received your order." Well, no, Jessica – I did receive my order; it just wasn't correct. Her response was, "Well, just tell DoorDash you didn’t receive it, and they’ll give you full credit." At that point, I decided I’m done with this place.
