Stan donuts is a family owned donut shop that has been around before a comet hit the earth and caused the extinction of the dinosaurs. Stan's donuts has been able to survive the test of time and it's easily noticeable that the glaze donuts are the true elixir of life! Perfectly fluffy and just the right amount of glaze top the donut. It's a sure must have if your looking to treat yourself or others. As these donuts are always a fan favorite. Line at times can be a bit much, yet luckily you're able to order ahead if you plan and call ahead, which will shorten your wait time. As the glaze donuts are made fresh. Just be sure to wear ear plug when picking up your dozen donuts, as the sirens call from the Odyssey will be singing as you carry your donuts out of the shop and you'll have to fight the temptation to not consume the entire box prior to making it to your destination. ‍

Stan's doesn't need another review since it's pretty much a staple in the Bay Area but it definitely deserves the hype. Personally, I think the Glazed Donuts are the best and like 2000+ reviewers have said, it's super fluffy and has the just the right amount of sweetness. An easy recommend to anyone who is in the area or visiting. Tips: 1. Cash Only. They have an ATM inside but bring cash 2. No need to wait outside before it opens. I went at 7:00am and there was just 5 people ahead of me inside the store. In and out super fast. 3. Check their website for when they serve specific donuts. For example, the day I went, the Buttermilk donut was Banana flavored since it was Sunday

Hands down, my favorite donut shop. Donuts are hand made, each day onsite and you can really taste the difference between a Stan's donut and a mass produced one. I think the glazed donut showcases the quality best but, by all means, get what looks good to you. If you are a buttermilk lover, try out the flavor of the day (varies but I've seen lemon, strawberry and today was apple). Today there was a chocolate glazed, cream and cherry topped one that was too cute to pass up. Go early for the best selection! No credit cards taken so bring cash!

I'm going to say best donuts in town! I am a sucker for their glazed donuts, especially fresh from the shop, but they're all delicious! They also have a special daily buttermilk donut flavor and whenever they have the blueberry I'm all over that! SO good! They're small and cash only so make sure you prepare accordingly! I love when these donuts show up at church

Nothing scratches the itch quite like a good classic donut. I'm not sure why, but when I crave sweets I crave DONUTS. Traveling through the Bay Area I had to check out the best donut shop and Yelp told me this was it! We cruised in early and got half a dozen fresh and hot donuts. They literally melt in your mouth. I've never had a better classic donut than these!
