Paris Baguette - Santa Clara

They have the best cakes and croissants. I have been going here since 2 years and they have the most unique cake flavors.

I liked this place for several reasons: 1. Large selection of desserts, 2. There are buns and sandwiches for a snack, 3. Not burnt coffee like in many Sunnyvale establishments, 4. A fairly clean and well-kept place.

This place gave my 4 year old food poisoning. Service is not good as well. The staff wasn’t polite and just didn’t care that the customers are there. No greetings, nothing.

I stopped here because o was craving something sweet and this little spot just happened to be right next to the grocery store I was shopping at that afternoon. I ordered a slice of cake and a pumpkin spice latte and paid about $18 bucks for both, including tax. The cake was super soft, and it was light and refreshing. Although pricey, you could tell the cake was higher quality than something you may at Walmart, for example. But did it knock my socks off? Well, no. I enjoyed it, but feel that for that price I could find something better. I feel very similarly about the latte. It was good, but pricey. And there are waaaaay better coffee shops in the area. The service also took much longer than I expected. It took a good 10 minutes to get my slice of cake and coffee, and there was only 1 person in front of me and 2 people behind the counter. Overall giving the spot 3/5 stars because I enjoyed it, but most likely wouldn't return

Serious issues with customer service. The manager seems too lazy to run this store. They have own timings as well, wasted my time and energy driving all the way to this store only to have listen rude front desk that they close at 7:54?? What the heck! Also, I saw the handling of the food inappropriately and warned this store about hygiene practices! They take back desk orders if anything is wrong but put them back on display back. Not appropriate! Rude customer service and Bad manager and misleading wrong timings.
