Good ambience. Usually not very busy. I enjoy the internal flow with the real koi.

NOT HERE! I and my family have come since I was little. We are regular guests at Kobe over the years with our fair share of mistakes, hair in our roles (present times), get food poisoning, missing items of order have to go back to the city, we? ve continued to support the business. We ordered our dinner as usual when I took my first bite of shell, I realized that it covered a fully intact crab on the shell with sauce. How does the cook not consider enough to look down before adding the sauce to the shell? A look down? ve was enough to realize and take it off before serving. The owner (Teresa) refused to revoke the order. She was extremely rude aggressive (sounding like a repeating pattern considering the other reviews) Over 10 years of being a customer ends today. Terrible way to handle the situation after all hair / message ups/etc i?ve had enough. We will not return. Unsanitary, overpriced, run away, terrible management. This place should be switched off. Take your business elsewhere.

The atmosphere is quiet and beautiful and the staff is very friendly. the sushi was delicious, but my favorite dish was the teriyaki huhn. her recipe is probably my favorite of all other local restaurants until today. I'm gonna be back.

Like the Koi pond and the service is ok. But the food is not very tasty. The unagi sauce on all kinds of rolls is too sweet and the salmon skin rolls taste a bit bitter.
