Ordered delivery,Shanghai Pan Fried Soup Dumpling is very oily, the fillings have no texture, too salty.Mongolian beef: too salty, does not taste goodPork Chop Rice Combination Bento Box: Pork chop taste really good, the minced pork stew is very oily.

Really awesome little spot with delicious dim sum and quick service. I had Shanghai soup dumplings, steamed pork buns and five spice marinated combination appetizer. Appetizer came out first and quickly and was nice and chilled and had great flavor. Dumplings and pork buns came out 10m later and piping hot.

Today was my first time coming to Dumpling Capital and all I gotta say was it was terrific! When seated they gave us water and ginger without asking. Love me some H2OPork soup dumplings: Tasted so good! Full of flavor. Didn’t disappoint!Shanghai Pan fried soup dumpling: full of flavor really good! Wasn’t soupy enough but still didn’t disappoint.Pork pot stickers: Better than any potstickers I ever got in any Chinese restaurant in the 209 area!Hot and Spicy Pork noodles (handmade noodles): Definitely my favorite noodles I ever had in my life. I highly recommend ordering this next time you go! As a latino, this wasn’t as spicy as I thought so I added hot sauce and my wonder bread white girlfriend didn’t turn red eating them so white people can enjoy too!Overall this place was hands down my favorite. I will continue to come and tell my friends all about this place. I wish there was a location in the 209 area! We have no place that sells pork soup dumplings near us. My compliments to the chef and staff! You guys deserve 100 stars.

Great service, and the food was good, but not great.. Dumplings were on the thick side, so as they cooled off the skin started getting a bit chewy.The place could use better ventilation—it was a bit stale-smelling when I went in. I almost turned around and left, but they'd just opened, so I figured with the door opening and folks coming and going it would air out more. It kind of did air out for a bit, but then someone started cleaning the glass doors, so there were heavy Windex fumes while I was eating. Not ideal.

Not a bad place but food is just OK. Dumpling skin is not chewy enough and XLB tastes like dumpling than XLB. The beef pan cake on the other hand was relatively better.
