Chicken Meets Rice - Santa Clara

Really like this place! I just wish they were consistent with the soup : ' I 've ordered from this place several times via Doordash and it always tastes great. The only thing is the soup that comes with the order is sometimes nicely full, and sometimes only a quarter or half full. Maybe it 's just super busy and they dont look but it makes me a bit sad when it 's less than half. I haven 't gotten a Doordash order with ripped or leaky packaging so it is not any Dashers fault so... BUT other then that, A for the food!! I almost always get mixed meat rice and sauces and it 's soooo good. if they could just make sure to-go meals are consistent in their filling, id be 5/5

Perfect to-go-place for most people on a run. We love savory rather than sweet on chicken. So pick the garlic one. Fried chicken is delicious.

If you want Hainan chicken rice in San Jose, this would be your go to restaurant. I think it is as close to the real thing as you're going to get in the Bay Area. The quality of food is really good and price is reasonable. Use the kiosks to order your food and wait just a short time to get the food, packed in a to-go box. I would recommend it if you are craving for some really tender chicken with rice!

Skeptical about this place at first it’s basically steamed chicken and rice how good Could it be? It was fantastic. Juice pieces of white meat chicken. Delicious garlic rice I could’ve eaten three bowls of that stuff he sets it apart all the amazing dipping sauces for the chicken with ginger scallion the best of the soy and vinegar base to Paytons also available. All freshly made were you waiting you have to try this it is delicious Food: 5

Loves the fried chicken and tofu! the restaurant also gives them broth, lots of rice and gurken plus carrots on the side. the sauces are delicious. they have some tables that are placed outside if they want to dinate al fresco.
