Bidrage med feedbackReally loved the burger they have here! Its unusual for a sushi restaurant to have, but i think they nailed it perfectly! The tempura onion rings really went well with the back bean BBQ burger! Which was surprisingly not that messy to eat. Not alot of sause/oil dripping but still tasted really teriyaki and BBQ once eaten! They also can cut it in half go make it easier to eat! Servers were awesome too! He comes around often with water often and provided updates to the foodwhenever he passed by. Also he made great recommendations for the salmon nigri and drinks as well! The setting for outdoor dining is perfect as its mostly shaded and inactive patio heaters everywhere! Just great sushi and burgers here andequally great service! Its worth knowing that the reservation system they have is inaccurate and sometimes if you reserved a table ahead of time, it doesnt show up on the screen. There wasnt any line though and was seated instantly though.
We, party of 8 did not enjoy the experience at Bamboo Sushi. The rolls (Chasing the Dragon, Friday the 13th, River and Streams) are small compared to other sushi places. The rolls are small and nothing short of disappointment. No explosion of flavors here. We also order a $17 Wagyu burger. The in-and-out burger would have hit the spot better. Sadly to say. The onion rings were soggy, not crispy and there is still flour on the inside. We told the waitress but she didn?t seemto care. Want better sushi, you can try Cha Cha Sushi in San Jose or Sen Dai Sushi in Milpitas. Way bigger portions, way better taste, way better service and the price is more reasonable. Spent $240 but felt like we didn?t get much food.Food here was expensive, not satisfy and the experience will not be bringing us back. Definitely not the same as the experience I had in Portland. So if you?re here for experience and good food, you?ll sure be disappointed.
My favorite place for vegetarian and vegan rolls. Green machine is delicious and made with perfection. The restaurant has a perfect ambience. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating. Reservations are accepted to avoid the wait times. Take-outs is also a good option. They have well packed orders and ready on time.
Spicy tuna was pretty good. Drinks weren't anything special. A little bit on the pricier side, but that's to be expected at Valley Fair. Overall a solid sushi option if you are shopping.
Bad quality fish as picture). Slow service. My wife?s sushi bowl arrived 20mins later after I received my wagyu burger. Don?t waste your money and your time here.
