Yo!sushi Kitchen - Santa Ana

First appearance is an little deceiving. No conveyer belt fast service but a sit down next to corona Mexican banner. Glasses reading ?bonjour? and Japanese lanterns. Sapporo, Asahi, bud light, corona signs I think the restaurant is confused about what it wants to be. Once you come in your welcome with friendly service and surprised not to wait to long for food. All Japanese sushi, tonkatsu, chirashi bowls, hand-rolls, etc. I ordered the hand-roll sushi combo. The chef pick an array of fish and it was worth the 13.99 price! Eel, fatty tuna, salmon.. all fresh. Hand-rolls rice, avocado, imitation crab all fairly fresh and in good amount! Even their ginger was the real deal and no the store bought stale. Would recommend if your looking for decent quality food for the price. Again only tried the sushi. I had a shrimp tempura hand roll which I think the tempura could have more crunch but it wasn?t reheated. Thanks for the experience! Recommend if you want to spend a little more then conveyer belt to get better quality sushi

The best sushi ever! I always feel a little sceptical in places that claim they have? the best __ in the city? but this place is not lying! Your sushi tastes so delicious! In addition, they are absolute favorites. The Lord on the back always greets me with a huge smile: you are always super fast. I'm so happy I found my go-to-sushi place???????????????

This place is evil and dirty. People in health control should come here and see how restless and careless the restaurant is. The restroom is also so delicious and stinky. Ewwww!!! My sister, our friend, and I didn't cost our meals. The sushi are so bland, the rice is still wet, and tasted so cheap. It?s like the owner bought last minute fish on the cheap Asian market and sold it tripled the price. Every sushi roll is $15. This is one of the most expensive Sushi restaurants in Orange County. Other sushi restaurants here are somewhat cheaper and much fresher than Yo Sushi. We won't be back for this terrible experience. Don't come here! We really mean it. You thank us 3 for your stay from a dirty business. Believe us, if you eat there, you may have a worse experience than us. Everything here is super weird. I read the other bad reviews and I agree what they say: dirty, expensive, common owners, bad service and cheap taste. Watch out! I don't know why the owner talks so rudely to disturb customers so in the bad reviews. I'm very surprised to see what I see. I am also co-owner of a restaurant and would never talk to someone like that if they were to make a bad assessment. No matter how terrible or evil a person says, you just say? Please give us another try?. My fiancée and I are dealing with angry customers all the time and it is our responsibility to always be professional so that we don't look bad for the public.

I guess this place isn't what he used to be. The sushi rice was overboiled and muddy. The sushi pieces were too big and fell apart before you could even put them in the mouth. Taste was grocery level, and the bathroom was absolutely evil.

Everyone has his own experience that is mine.. I love her food.. very helpful, respectful, I am allergic to seafood, every time I go, they are very careful on how they prepare my food. Great.
