Subway - Santa Ana

Was in the area, stoped over to have subway since I hadn’t have it for awhile. A heavy set lady with blue hair and glasses with tons of attitude helped me! She was very sloppy they way she fixed the sandwich and wrapped it up. I don’t understand, why her or others like her just quite and look for another job if they don’t like what they do? She probably wants to be a manager or a business owner, so she should just go for that and let someone who really needs the job and money takes over. I think one of the reason subway if going down so fast is because of the kind of the employees they hire.

I go sometimes and one day I've ordered a Ft long veggie delight sandwich and the girl only pit a 4 slices of cheese when it comes with 8. Sje put 4 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, and little lettuce and spinach. I was like really? Everytime I go there no matter what meet I get they put so little veggies. I also ordered a Ft Long ham and the lady charged me almost $11 dollars for a regular meat sandwich.

Went to this location on Aug 30 before 9 pm and the doors were locked and the employee inside just shook her head. The sign said open ... terrible customer service

Showed up 10 min before they close and the doors were locked and the girl inside said No The open light is still on.

My son came here with two of his buddies 15 min before closing. I personally wouldn't do this as I know everyone is preparing to close. However, they're teenagers who wanted something to eat after a workout. My son proceeds to tell me how rude the ladies were and seemed bothered by them going at that time they did. These ladies' customers service sucks!! Do better!
