Orenchi - Santa Ana

Excellent takoyaki, crispy outer layer and sofy-chewy inside. I expected more creamy and savory Tonkotsu broth, ramen is just fine. Ambience: Good food: Good service: Good

I have the 3pc carage and the little salad. I guess they have smaller portions! I thought the salad should have chashu, but it took place with tofu dice that was a bummer (can I read wrong that small size is tofu or it made a mistake). I have the Shio wheels that were good, but pretty average not sure if it was worth $17.80.

Unlike other Ramen restaurants, Orenchi has a shorter line that is a blessing. The menu has appetizers, ramen types and desserts to make everyone happy. We had Akadashi Tofu, Edamame and Shishito-Pfeffer. They were all delicious and big. We had two Orenchi ramen with different toppings and a vegan ramen. All right. The vegan ramen has crumbs of fake meat that are completely unnecessary. The service is ok, you need to work to get the attention of the staff. And the two men in the front seem to be allergic to man.

The Vegan Curry wheels were pretty good and filled. Also ordered the Aubergine Tempura, which was a beautiful vegetarian appetizer. Good choice of vegetarian options and the taste was good and the service was nice. There were only 5 minutes waiting time and we sat fast. Will recommend this place and I will visit again!

Post COVID 19, their menu has changed. Ordered a special and 2 chicken ramen bowls. Chicken meat was tender, however the broth was kind of tasteless. Pork this was the special. It was good. Quantity wise, one bowl is enough for a person.
