Chez Mamou - Santa Ana

Used to have good food, but unfortunately closed for almost a year now, but it is still somehow listed on any reservation and food delivery website so that many people with reservations to a closed restaurant. Why they are still on Google, I have no idea, but as far as French cuisine goes in Santa Fe, you have more luck elsewhere.

We've been looking for a dessert and read the menu outside that didn't show anything. Suddenly a car moves up and rolls down the window. A gentleman says the food is amazing... and that's from a local. I'm asking Dessert. He answered better. You know what? He was right.

Fantastic! Top shelf! Wonderful staff. Delicious and artistically presented meal. We enjoyed lunch in Chez Mamou. We'll come back to dinner and you too.

I wanted this little art jewelry store slash Café.. I stayed alone in shrubs on a Tuesday night and I was treated like pretty woman was on her first shopping trip... the food is average and the service is not available. I spent $101 alone and was treated very easily.

Gem of a restaurant. We found this place simply walking past it. Read their menu and a friendly waiter encouraged us to come back for dinner, so we did. We had to eat outside because of COVID-19 rules, but they were VERY accommodating and VERY helpful. They turned on heaters for us and even looked for specialty wine they heat up. Our food was quite memorable. Delicious and superb. While we ate a man came to pickup food. He was local and said this is the best restaurant in Santa Fe. He even said he would come back the next night to dine outside like we did, so you know this place is good! We will definitely come back here when we visit Santa Fe. The food and service was excellent and quite memorable.
