When reserving a table at the Montauk Steak House in Ushuaia Tower (see separate review), our host Luisina offered us a Pool Jacuzzi for the next day at the Tower Pool. Food and Drinks would be served by the Oyster Cavia Bar. As we wanted to give ourselves a nice treat, we opted in and: Best decision EVER! Our group of 6 people had the most relaxing and luxurious day we could ever imagine. The private area with a private Jacuzzi was just so perfect for a Saturday in Ibiza. The waiters were super attentive and friendly. These guys seem really to love what they do. We also ordered some food which was excellent. One recommendation is the Paella which came with lots of sea food and was just perfect to share. We also got Sushi and some chicken both of them very good! We literally spend the whole afternoon there and enjoyed the great vibes at the pool (various entertainers are coming throughout the day), as well as the cool Ibiza Tunes played by the resident pool DJ. After being at Hi Club the evening before (which was a major let down see separate review), this was definitely the highlight of our short Ibiza trip. 3 words: We will be back!

My friend and I wanted to try something new and special and they recommend us try the oyster and caviar inside the Ushuaia hotel. The music and the scenery were all astonishing, we didn’t expect much of the food since it its a pool bar/restaurant, but oh my if we were wrong, since we came in Giulia, Sam and Marco made us feel so welcome, both smiling all the time explaining us what we were eating, I always ask for the chefs opinion on what we should eat, so they ask sergio the chef to recommend us the dishes. Incredible all of them! Thank u so much to sergio and their team! And all of the waiters in Sir Rocco, Coca and Bartolo thank you all! You all me our day!
