They probably deserve better than 2 stars, but i want them to take my criticism seriously, which I didn’t feel the waited did when I mentioned it. 1st dish: Tuna tartar, loose the big plate and the pre made unfrozen seaweed, also have mixed feeling about the big bread ring. 2nd: Pluma iberica, should be cooked then cut, not cut then cooked, you lose all the juiciness the way the restaurant made it. (Fig sauce was very good) 3rd: Lamb needs more salt, was soso and you put in in spanish. But with salt and the sauce from pluma iberica was very good. 4: Banoffee souffle, was not a souffle in anyway, it was a mousse, also not a translation issue since it reads soufflé in the Spanish menu. I was just excited to try a soufflé banoffee innovation, disappointed to have a strange mousse I left a small tip that day, not necessarily because of the service was bad, although i was looking around a lot for a waiter to bring salt for dish 3, but mainly left a small tip because i felt the kitchen dropped the ball in every dish served.

Una de cal y otra de arena. Del hotel e instalaciones nada que decir, el personal de recepción muy amable y resolutivo, lo mejor el equipo de animación Thais, Fatima, Paula, Luis y Francesco, le dan el toque ideal y todo el dia están ahí con esta calor saltando y bailando sin parar. El tema bufet: la comida muy normal, tirando a basica, tuvieron DOS errores garrafales que no se puede permitir. Hicieron un arroz supuestamente de verduras, mi amiga que es vegana les pregunto si el arroz tenía algún ingrediente de origen animal y no supieron informarnos, pero lo peor de todo y es un error importante para que se lo hagan mirar, una de las bandejas de fritanga, indicaba que eran “aros de cebolla rebozados” (incluso indicaba plato vegano) y eran Calamares a la romana!!!!!! el que es vegano lo escupe y no pasa nada, (solo un enfado) pero el calamar o la pota con la que están hechos esos calamares es un alérgeno y puede causarle un gran problema a quien sea intolerante. Por otro lado, al mismo personal de comedor, se notaba mucho que carecían de experiencia, es una pena porque pienso que la atencion en el bufet es importante.
