Bidrage med feedbackI'm on a school trip and we don't have much time to eat, I wanted my pizza which I was dreaming of time and I saw that this pizzeria was open, I arrived at the place (I had walked a lot) and everything is closed, I came for nothing and I am very disappointed, the site must be updated.
I called there and there was no one answering then I wrote a message and only got an answer after 20 minutes and I'm still waiting for my pizza that I ordered 4 weeks ago and I was lied to Meal type: Lunch Service: 1
We were served very friendly and even got extra ice cream, even though the ice cream assortment was already packed at 7 p.m. You can also see Rheinfels Castle from the terrace, which is particularly recommended in the evening. However, the terrace could be spruced up a bit and there would also be room for a plastic slide for children ; Parking: There is a gravel parking lot directly in front of the restaurant with space for about 6 cars. Service: Dine in
Delicious! That’s already been said (2x pizza 1x pide doner meat) So, nice little pizzeria with a view of the Rhine and the castle (other side of the Rhine).️ In the evening the view of the illuminated castle is great. Good parking. Very nice staff (think family) Open, nice and accommodating. With a bit of a twist it would be a really nice spot. Thanks Parking: Approximately 10 to 12 cars Service: Dine in
The only thing we could enjoy was the view of the Rhine. We ordered for 5 people. After 15 minutes we asked what we had ordered. After another 35 minutes a pizza arrived. When we asked at the counter, we were told that the rest would be ready in 2 minutes. That was also true. We would have liked to eat then, but that wasn't possible. I went back to the counter and was asked “is there anything else”?? I then politely asked for cutlery. They were then put in a basket. There weren't enough, I asked for a knife. “And one more spoon please,” I dared to say. ANSWER: For what??? Sorry, I'm used to eating spaghetti with a spoon and fork. The young man even gave us a paper napkin. We then shared them. It doesn't matter, we're a family. Now all that was missing was the schnitzel with fries. What was then served put everything in the shade. Fries were dripping with grease. Fat on the plate, the plate only half full. Sorry, I've been quiet so far. People at neighboring tables also complained about waiting forever. I brought the schnitzel dish back. We didn't have enough fries anymore One of them would have stayed hungry if we hadn't shared the food. Okay, like the napkin. This visit was an experience that I have never had in over 60 years. Once, definitely never again. I wouldn't call it a pizzeria, but rather an experience gastronomy
