Mcdonald's - Sanger

They were very nice but def messed up my order : asked for cheese and didn’t get it and asked for ham McMuffin and got sausage and I was obviously able to figure it out but their bathroom stall door said pull when it was def a push situation Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

10:33 You can’t order breakfast. Then where’s the menu. I only see a breakfast menu. This McDonalds has always been the worst one in the Sanger-Denton-greater Dallas area. I keep thinking through the years that they’ll improve. Nope.

If I could give them a -10 stars I would. Placed an online order and got to the restaurant for the staff the rudely tell me that they don’t have the order, in which, I showed them the receipt proving I ordered and payed for it. Then they didn’t give me all my food. When I came back to tell them I didn’t get all my food they had the audacity to tell me that they gave me all of it and I was wrong, in which they left out many food items. Lastly, I asked if I could order one more item and they told me NO because they didn’t have a register at that window. I don’t know who taught these staff members customer service but they need to learn some.
