What I got was a burned hard cracker with completely burned cheese. it tried to eat, but it really hurt my teeth!
That's the 3-time I did this to me when I order a suppe, and they ask you which side I want to tell you. of course they never gave it to me! I just came out of the operation and everything I wanted was suppe a grilled cheese and there brot that I also ordered mac and cheese. and the bag said there were 2 pieces brot so I should not check that I trust my bubbly and sheck and low and do not see a slice of bread in there! after I would pay $25, I would not like to fix that brot because I would not get it as if it's not so hard that panera gets your **** together.
A few days ago I took a friend to lunch at this location and we both ordered the same thing, the Pick 2 with the Cobb salad and Flatbread pizza, each a drink and a cookie. The bill came to just under $45 and while I was shocked, I didn 't want to put a damper on questioning it in front of my friend as I was treating her. I later called to ask why it was so much and was told the pizzas were full size which also meant full price!! The person I talked to said, with a very flippant attitude I might add, sorry, they should have told you and I 'll tell them to do better next time! So much for good Customer Service!! Besides the way it was handled, what is the point of a Pick 2 if you 're paying full price?!!! Didn 't think to ask that but I don 't think it would have mattered to this person anyway!! But that just doesn 't make sense as I thought the Pick 2 was somewhat of a deal so next time I will look at other options as there are many and will take my business elsewhere! I love Panera but definitely not this location!!
Today marks the last day I ever eat at this chain. I've been a die hard panera fan for so many years and their quality at any location has gone downhill so drastically, it makes me angry. Over the pandemic I can't even recall the amount of times they've had such severe staff shortages that their trash bins were overflowing. As for this specific location- this is the last time I get screwed over with paying this much for such bad service and lack of quality in their food. Today I ordered for pickup a standard Cesar salad with the addition of arugula.. and my salad came out as a literal small handful of arugula. Seriously? Furious with my order- I went into the restaurant to ask why they had left out the literal base of the salad.. for an employee to say she will give me the lettuce.. went to the counter and picked up a small handful of lettuce only. Do I care to argue?? What am I going to get out of this? Do I blame lack of customer service training? I have had general problems with this location, where I NEVER get my cup for my drink. I always have to ask and you can't ask the same employee who is working on the food.. you must wait or cut in line at the register to show your receipt to wait to grab a cup.... This is such a small detail which makes me waste so much of my time and energy to grab my food to go. I hate to be rude and cut a large group of other customers who are waiting to order. This locations overall lack of heavy duty cleaning also makes me upset, as this is a heavy traffic location. It's very obvious there hasn't been a heavy cleaning by an external company.. EVER??? There are obvious roof leaks and lack of standard hygienic measures in place. When you have a restaurant, you cannot rely simply on the employees who have just worked for 7 hours and are now asked by their manager to clean the dining chairs- who have no proper training on doing so. This $6 salad will be the end of my service this company and their inability to train employees, maintain employees, as well as lack of creating a clean and easy atmosphere for their customers. No free drink subscription should keep anyone coming back to a business that doesn't care about anything but their profit. This Sanford location and the Millenia location, that I used to frequent are both owned by the Covelli franchise. It's very obvious the lack of quality that these 2 locations share.
