Huey Luey's - Sandy Springs

I love this place. The food is always good and at the point. We ordered chicken feathers for two and when I say I only consumed a fajita. I had to take the rest. The strawberry bassil Margarita was otherwise very refreshed and minty.

Was pretty busy when we went, but fast service and food came pretty fast. The avocado rolls were really good. I ordered fried chicken and Caju shrimp tacos. The Cajun shrimp (below) Taco was so good. Fried chicken was not bad, would not order it again.

We ordered legend Ananas Margarita for drinks, Avocado Rolls, Mexican flag Enchiladas and farmer market Veggie enchiladas. The avocado rolls were excellent!! No wonder it is the most popular dish from the menu. Both Enchiladas were good. The only problem was that we found a piece of chicken in the veggie enchiladas (my wife ordered them as she is a pure vegetarian). This is the only part of our experience we did not like. Otherwise, the restaurant is really good, great ambience.

My first time I checked out this place and the food was fantastic! Come hungry bc the portion sizes are huge. I love the chips! Very easy and perfectly salted. I had the Nacho supernatant and it was very good. I was a little disappointed that they forgot the Jalapenos, but overall it was good. The service would have been better. The waitress brought us water, but never took our drink order and never returned to refill the water. All in all a good experience.

Pretty good food, a little pricey for what you get. Service was great! Had live music on Friday night which was great as its been quite a while since I've found a good place doing that, even if it's just one guy on an acoustic guitar.
