Place must be extremely understaffed. Took 30+ mins to order and receive order. Line wasn’t even that long.

There was one person in line when we arrived, it took a little long to get our order. Not sure if it was a new employee or not .I placed an order for a kid's meal and a couple of sides and the food was hot and tasty. So I went back up to order a couple of combos, and it was pretty expensive. The combo meals were $10 each for burgers and they proceeded to add. Additionally, over $2.99 for both a drink and $2.99 for fries... It was pretty expensive. Expensive. I feel like I could have gone to Applebee's or B-Dubs or Chili's for the same price .Overall, the kids enjoyed the experience, the food was tasty and hot and it was a good experience.

Great location right outside of Cedar Point Park. Why pay ridiculous prices for ice cream on the way home? Stop here and get a snack at much lower prices.

Food is pretty good and staff is very helpful. Can get a little rough toward park closing but I like this place

Unfortunately we arrived right as inside closed. Employees were emptying trash and leaving while others tended to drive-thru. No problem, i thouht. A vehicle full of hungry teens so i figured we'd grab some drive-thru and be on our way. 30 minutes. It took almost 30 minutes to order and get fast food. Interesting enough, i had a DQ employee in my car and he was.stumped at what was takong so long when we counted at least 7 employees workimg inside once we got up to the food window. Strange experience.
