Hikos Kebab Land

We were in Scarborough for day from Newcastle and stumbled across this little gem. Not going to lie waited for at least half and hour but Saturday night what do you expect. Let me tell you though that wait was absolutely 100 per cent worth every minute. We got back along coast in our camper van and sat enjoying every single mouth full of our mixed kebab. Meat cut and cooked to perfection garlic and chilli by far best weve ever had. Just went in to pick up food and while I was waiting I saw a member of staff drop a pizza box on the floor with the inside flat on the floor, she flippantly dusted off the dirt from the floor and then proceeded to fold the box and put it on the pile to be used. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Won’t be going back there ever again, if basic hygiene can’t be followed who knows what’s in the food! Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Excellent pizzas, ordered vegetarian chicken Kiev, arrived within the time I was given. Highly recommend Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5
