Decent coffee, average food, slow service.. have seen employees sitting at the counter preparing food and drinks.. Last time I was there there were many free tables but all free tables were full of cups, service and rubbish, behind the counter it was written 5 employees where only 1 or 2 of them seemed to do anything sensible.. 1 hour later the tables were still not cleared.. 5 people stand behind the counter and chat about Christmas presents and other buzz. The queue at the checkout is long. The list of orders is long and there is 1 person who works half-heartedly. Here, there is an awful lot to go on when it comes to efficiency. Embarrassing to stand and watch.. and in addition they couldn't get the order right either.. is it possible? Service: Take out
