Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Sandbridge

If I could give a zero star, I would. Placed an online order for a single smoothie, no food. Came in ten minutes later, right around my pickup time and waited nearly 50 minutes for nothing. I asked at least twice about my smoothie and they kept telling me it was coming while continuing to make several other smoothies. Finally around the 50 minute mark they asked for my name and order stating they couldn’t find it or maybe someone took it. (Hard to believe because at this point they already had my name so if you’d made my smoothie, you should know to give it to that person) At this point I couldn’t even wait any longer due to other plans and left, losing my time and money.Edit: they did end up resolving the issue by allowing me to come in and get my smoothie

This is the last time me and my family will be eating here. To start off, we called trying to place an order on the phone and were denied because “of corporate” so we went up to place our order at the store. 30$ for 3 drinks, then the kiosk asked me to tip 6$ for just placing my order, after leaving and returning they were just finishing up my order, the woman working did not know how to make my drink and had to call someone over because she forgot to put ice in the drink.it took her and the manager an extra 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong with it. Will not be returning.

This particular visit gets a 5 star rating overall. We ordered 2 of the same breakfast items. I usually get the American Wrap but wifey changed my mind to ordering the healthy bowl.She asked the associate what is the most popular one, they have 4. She said the acai bowl. That's what we got. $10.00 well spent. It was totally awesome. Can't wait to get another one.

Arianna and the girls are ?? amazing they always are cleaning and getting the orders correct and out quickly! Gabby and Maria and Arianna literally showed team work and great customer service with smiles and great attitudes I love to see it

This was my first time ever in a tropical smoothie. There was so many options. A lovely girl that has the red hijab helped me through it the whole time. She has really good customer service!
