Redwood Smoke Shack Texas Inspired Bbq Nimmo Pkwy

Service was great, and was advised that my brisket would be cooking for awhile which means it would be fresh in which I like. The atmosphere of the establishment was great, loved the music that was playing. Food was great once I got it, didn't really care for the mac n cheese but everything else was good.

I tried this place for lunch recently and had am excellent experience. I really enjoy a good sliced brisket, but the real deal is hard to find in the area. I ordered a beef brisket sandwhich with corn pudding and mac and cheese. The brisket was phenomenal, it was moist and very well seasoned. The sides were both outstanding as well as their bbq sauces. I would say the hardest part of the experience was having to pick one thing off of their menu, as i know everything would be good. I cant wait to return again soon!

Had the brisket which was amazing with their house BBQ sauce and Alabama white sauce. The smoked pickle ? was surprisingly delicious and their pork-free collards were off the hook! Also loved their corn pudding potato

This place is amazing they have great food great people and amazing atmosphere. 10/10 recommend !!!!
