Taco Bueno - Sand Springs

Not satisfied with my experience at all. I ordered and had a problem with my bueno platter not with soft tacos I asked, but they corrected it and gave me two soft tacos, but literally every single order after my there was error (at least 5 orders after) People on the food line wore gloves, but they wrote with their gloves on his phone. I don't know where his phone was, but I guarantee you they don't have a room where his phone can get sanitary. Just terrible. When I went to leave the manager at the service, she was on her phone and obviously upset about something because she was excited about the parking lot. Someone must give a food treatment 101. It's one thing when my order is wrong, but it's another when I see someone texting and then grab a tortilla.

So the lady who took my order was rude and very short hardly let me out my order before she told me the sum and I wanted to move around I tried to add drinks in the window that he kindly told me they had no big and they were in the lobby so that I could not get the drinks that I asked for ridiculous the service was ridiculous the food was good

Tacos are okay, but more fill less Taco Shell is better. Stop on meat filling and add more taste. Burritos could use some beans that do not look like you could use a straw to drink them.

My husband ordered 3 Big Freakin Tacos and instead got 3 Big Freakin Burritos. People need to listen more closely to customer order.

11/01/2022 Tuesday 2115 cst. Went thru drive thru and there were no lights on drive thru menu. No outside lights on. Dining room looked closed but I didn't check .
