Great German delights!! Love the pale white sausages. Of the Beaten Path and so worth it.

The German Food Station is @the farmer 's market in Green Valley every Wednesday from October thru April. Their menu is limited, but they offer sehr gut (very good). Andrea her husband, Max, transplanted von Deutschland (from Germany). He does the cooking she does the order-taking serving. A German butcher makes all of their items, from their own recipes. I 've had the currywurst, spicy paprika brat the land jaeger, all authentic and delicious. Andrea has personality+. Yesterday I also purchased 2 packages of their precooked wursts (sausages) to take home to grill. I can hardly wait 'til they return in October!
